Atwell seeks a project coordinator to support leaders by coordinating documentation, contracts, and pay applications, while tracking budgets, schedules, and open items for continued profitability and organized records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience with project management systems such as Vision, Procore, Kahua, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support project leaders and teams by coordinating documentation, contracts, and pay applications.
• Assist with project setup, scheduling, budgets, and follow-up on open items.
• Monitor project status and summarize information for teams.
• Ensure contracts and change orders are sent for signature and review pay application packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project setup, scheduling, budgets, and follow-up on open items.
• Monitor project status and summarize information and trends for teams.
• Ensure contracts and change orders are sent for signature and review pay application packages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with project deadlines and client expectations.
• Experience with project management systems such as Vision, Procore, Kahua, or similar.
