Job summary

Blum Construction seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in coordinating project activities to meet cost, schedule, document control and quality standards. The role requires exercising independent judgment in day-to-day administration of projects.

Responsibilities include assisting PM/SPM in all project phases, adhering to Blum Best Practices, and independent project management with oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Project Managers on construction projects.
• Ability to follow Blum Best Practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project.
• Review drawings and specifications to become familiar with the project.
• Draft, submit, and track all RFI’s and distribute to teams.
• Execute payment applications.
