Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client. You may work from Columbus, Cincinnati, or Garfield Heights, OH sites. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Assists with Administrative functions to support the Project Manager Community.
  • Tasks include assistance with Booking Change Orders, initiating subcontract procurement, billing, scheduling handover meetings, new vendor onboarding, project data validations, and project closure.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $24.51 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (1 st shift 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Length: Contract (6 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support in the construction industry .
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reading customer contracts, progress billings, and basic financial concepts relating to project finance.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics platform, SAP, and basic Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Works well in a collaborative team environment as well as alone.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
