Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to own standard projects from order receipt through delivery in Medina, OH.

You will act as the main customer interface, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics and sales to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The role requires 2–4 years in project coordination or related operations, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, and strong communication and organizational skills.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or operations in an engineering, industrial, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple standard projects with structured follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong ethics, teamwork, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Act as the primary customer interface, proactively communicating and managing expectations and relationship health.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and follow-up activities for on-time delivery and margin protection.
• Coordinate communications between engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, and sales teams.
• Apply project management processes and adhere to ISO 9001:2015 quality practices.

What Will You Do?
• Take full ownership of our standard and repeatable projects from order receipt through delivery, ensuring financial, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
• Act as the primary customer interface, proactively managing communications, escalations, stakeholder expectations, and relationship health to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, reporting, and follow-up activities to ensure on-time delivery, margin protection, and early escalation of deviations to team leaders or supervisors.
• Coordinate communications between internal functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, logistics, sales)
• Apply project management processes and follow internal procedures in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Represent Howden, a Chart Industries Company, with professionalism and accountability.
• Support a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project flow and profitability.

What Do You Need to Bring?

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or operations in an engineering, industrial or similar environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple standard projects simultaneously with structured follow-through or lower-complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience in similar roles.
• High ethical standards, teamwork, and compliance with regulations.
• Strong organizational, time management, accuracy, and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize when to elevate issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel on occasion, as required.
• Experience in ERP systems, preferable JD Edwards
• Exposure to project management methods; certification is beneficial but not essentail
• Familiarity with rotating equipment & general air & gas handling industry
