Amentum is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Advanced Solutions Group, with options to base at Tullahoma, TN; Farmington Hills, MI; or Greenville, SC. The role supports project managers across planning, scheduling, procurement, and client communication to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications include US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of technical project experience. Knowledge of MS Project and PeopleSoft is preferred.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required to comply with government customer requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a minimum of 5 years of technical project experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for years of engineering experience.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, cost estimates, specifications, requirements, deliverables, and team communications.
• Coordinate workflows with engineering and functional groups to ensure information is communicated per the project control plan.
• Track project progress, ETCs, change requests, pricing, and client-side tracking; identify problems and propose corrective actions.
• Support procurement activities by vetting suppliers, coordinating bids, and assisting with subcontract and vendor contracts.
• Interface effectively with customers, internal resources, and external suppliers.
• Assist in developing new business opportunities and gathering information for estimates and planning.
• Support project and process quality audits and disposition of non-conforming products.
• Interpret business issues and propose best practices to resolve project delivery issues.
