RANDALL Titusville Electrical Division seeks a motivated Administrative Project Coordinator to support large-scale commercial electrical construction projects on the Space Coast from our Titusville office. The role emphasizes coordination, documentation, and timely reporting to senior project managers.

You're expected to manage schedules, track budgets, and maintain confidential records while communicating effectively with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating, planning, and monitoring large-scale projects from the jobsite.

RANDALL Titusville Electrical Division is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and career-drivenProject Coordinator / Administrativeto support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial electrical construction projects along the Space Coast of Florida from our office in Titusville. Experience in Commercial Construction / Electrical projects is required.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the management and execution of a multi-million-dollar project. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who is eager to grow in the field of construction project coordination by supporting senior project managers in day-to-day project administrative operations.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in the coordination, planning, and monitoring of large-scale projects from the jobsite.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily an office position and, as such, you must be able to sit up to six or more hours in an eight-hour workday, lift light objects such as files and paperwork frequently during the day, and objects weighing up to 10 pounds occasionally during the day.
