Pace Analytical Services, LLC is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist project management and sample receiving, delivering high-quality customer service to clients. The role supports documentation, inquiries, invoicing, and cross-functional initiatives in a lab/office environment.
Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of administrative experience, with strong business English and teamwork skills.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Market conditions, budgetary considerations, and organizational compensation guidelines may also influence the final offer.

High School Diploma or GED; AND two (2) years of administrative support experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
