Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred) Availability required: 8 AM – 6 PM EST

Employment Type: Initial 3-month contract (with performance-based path to ongoing engagement or hire)

We’re building a portfolio of disruptive brands and need a strong, sharp, and proactive Project Coordinator to help us bring order, alignment, and momentum to our growing pipeline of client projects.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll serve as the operational engine behind client success. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client-facing projects at once—ensuring timelines, budgets, communication, and deliverables stay on track and aligned.

This role requires a highly organized, calm-under-pressure, systems-minded operator who’s not afraid to wear multiple hats in a dynamic startup environment. You’ll be a critical player in maintaining excellence across projects, clients, and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and coordinating multiple concurrent client projects
  • Creating, updating, and enforcing project timelines, task lists, and internal workflows
  • Serving as the main point of coordination between account executives, creative/financial teams, and clients
  • Helping set and manage client expectations and keeping communication clear
  • Monitoring and tracking project scope, changes, and budget adjustments
  • Proactively identifying risks, gaps, or delays—and taking steps to resolve them
  • Supporting the development of internal tools and project systems as we grow
  • Pitching in on special projects and operational improvements as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of project coordination experience, ideally in an agency or startup setting
  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
  • Confidence in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to stay aligned, meet deadlines, and multitask independently
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve problems without hand-holding

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on creative, financial, or client service projects
  • Familiarity with startup or entrepreneurial workflows
  • A love for building systems and process improvements
  • Prior experience working with remote or distributed teams
