Celerity Consulting Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support Technical Project Managers in day-to-day project execution. The role focuses on Jira and Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination to ensure timely, accurate information for decision making.
The position requires 3+ years in a related role, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and solid MS Office proficiency.
Job Title: Project Coordinator/Analyst
Location: Remote (work from home eligible)
Travel: Ability to travel to client sites (domestic and(or) international) as required and defined per project requirements
Schedule: Typical working hours will fall within standard business hours (generally between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.), depending on project and client needs
Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 DOE

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Analyst to support the Technical Project Managers in driving day-to-day project execution. This role is highly hands-on with Jira and Confluence administration, reporting, and coordination activities, ensuring the project team has accurate, timely, and well-organized information to make decisions and keep implementations on track.

The salary range for this position is provided in good faith and is subject to variation based on geographic location, candidate experience, and market conditions. Final compensation will be determined after a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications and alignment with the role.
