The Opportunity

We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team at our Vista office. This is a great entry point into the construction supply industry — ideal for someone early in their career who is energetic, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll work closely with the team to keep orders, logs, and customer communication on track across our projects. No industry background is required — we'll train the right person on our systems and processes. What matters most is a great attitude, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

What You'll Do

• Support sales and management with day-to-day coordination of orders, deliveries, status tracking, and inventory management
• Communicate regularly with customers — developers, general contractors, and electrical contractors — to answer questions and provide order updates
• Enter and process purchase orders and sales orders using our operating system
• Coordinate with our warehouse and drivers to help ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
• Help resolve order issues, discrepancies, or delays with professionalism and urgency
• Support the broader team with general administrative and project coordination tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• A junior-level candidate — some relevant work experience is a plus, but not required
• Energetic, positive, and eager to learn — you're comfortable picking up new systems and processes
• Customer service oriented, with clear and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organized and detail-oriented — able to track multiple projects and orders at once
• Comfortable with basic computer programs (Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook); construction or supply chain experience is a bonus but not expected
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, in-office environment
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of ownership over your work
