Eurofins SN Labs in the United States is seeking a Client Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of client experience. You will own the full project lifecycle from sample submission to final report, ensuring on-time delivery, accuracy, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Comfort with technology and data systems; proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; experience with LIMS, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.
• A bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Client Project Management: primary contact for assigned client accounts; manage full project lifecycle from sample submission through final report delivery.
• Sample Registration & Chain of Custody: log and register samples into LIMS; verify docs and route samples to teams with zero errors.
• Client Communication: manage emails, calls, and portal updates; set expectations on turnaround times; resolve issues.
• Data & Account Management: maintain client records, project histories, pricing, and testing specs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with scientific, sales, and accounting teams to keep projects moving.
• Continuous Improvement: identify recurring friction points and help fix them.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Client Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our client experience. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of project management, client relationship management, and laboratory operations. You will be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients from the moment they submit a sample to the moment they receive their results owning the workflow, the communication, and the outcome.

What You’ll Own

• Client Project Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Manage the full project lifecycle from sample submission through final report delivery, ensuring every project lands on time, on spec, and on budget.
• Sample Registration & Chain of Custody. Receive, log, and register incoming samples into our LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). Verify documentation, assign test codes, and route samples to the correct analytical teams with zero errors.
• Client Communication. Own client correspondence across email, phone, and portal. Provide proactive status updates, manage expectations on turnaround times, and resolve issues before they escalation.
• Data & Account Management. Maintain accurate client records, project histories, pricing agreements, and testing specifications. Build the institutional memory that lets us deliver a seamless experience every time a client returns.
• Cross-Functional Coordination. Work hand-in-hand with our scientific, sales, and accounting teams to keep projects moving and clients informed.
• Continuous Improvement. Identify recurring friction points in the client journey and partner with leadership to fix them. We expect our coordinators to make the system better, not just operate within it.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred equivalent professional experience will be strongly considered. We care more about how you think and execute than where you went to school.
• Less than 1 year in a client-facing, project coordination, or operations role. Backgrounds in laboratory services, professional services, logistics, hospitality, or account management all translate well.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail. You can juggle 10 active projects and lose track of none.
• Strong written and verbal communication. Clients will form their impression of SN Labs based on your emails.
• Comfort with technology and data systems. Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite required; experience with LIMS, CRM, or ERP systems is a plus.
• A bias toward action, ownership, and follow-through.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Prior experience in analytical, environmental, food, or pharmaceutical testing
• Familiarity with chain-of-custody protocols or regulated laboratory environments
• Project management coursework, certification (CAPM, PMP), or demonstrated PM experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
