Unió Digital is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep cabling, security, and IT projects moving day to day. You will schedule technicians and subcontractors, chase materials, and keep schedules and project records accurate in the Unió App and HaloPSA.

You report to the Project Manager and work across every active job, preparing closeout packages and helping the team manage a full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.

Qualifications

• 1+ years coordinating projects, scheduling, dispatch, or similar with many moving parts.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through; you notice delays before they happen.
• Comfortable using project or ticketing software and entering precise data.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, field techs, and vendors.
• Genuine interest in growing into project management; formal PM training is welcome but not required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ.

• Support the Project Manager in kickoffs, progress reviews, and closeout walkthroughs, and capture actions.
• Flag slipping dates, budget surprises, and blockers early.

Keeps cabling, security, and IT projects moving day to day: schedules crews, chases materials, keeps project data and documentation accurate in the Unió App, and assembles closeout packages. The step into project management.

The Project Coordinator keeps cabling, physical security, and IT projects moving day to day. You will schedule technicians and subcontractors, chase materials and deliveries, keep schedules and project records accurate, and pull together the closeout package at the end. You report to the Project Manager and work across every active job rather than owning a portfolio of your own.

Much of the work happens in the Unió App, the project platform we are building in house, alongside HaloPSA. It is still taking shape, so expect some steps to be manual and expect the way we do things to change as we work out what is actually better. What will not change is that the data has to be right: when it is clean, the Project Manager can see a job going sideways early, and when it is not, nobody can. You will have a real say in making that simpler.

This is a deliberate step into project management. You will see the full lifecycle from initiation to closeout, learn the methodology from the person who owns it, and take on more ownership as you are ready. If you want a project management career and you are organized enough to keep a dozen jobs straight at once, this is the seat that gets you there.

Hiring location

• Tucson, AZ

Travel requirement Local travel is required around Tucson for site visits, material drops, and progress walks. Occasional travel to project sites elsewhere in Arizona.

International travel Not required.

Compensation

Pay range $45,000 to $60,000 per year

Offer factors Where you land in the range depends on experience, certifications, and role scope.

• Keep clients, technicians, and vendors informed on scheduling and logistics
• Support the Project Manager in kickoffs, progress reviews, and closeout walkthroughs, and capture the actions that come out of them
• Flag slipping dates, budget surprises, and blockers to the Project Manager early rather than late

• Comfortable working in project or ticketing software all day, and precise about the data you enter
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, field technicians, and vendors
• Genuine interest in growing into project management; formal project management training is welcome but not required
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
