Job summary

TMX Transform through TMX Edge is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major global technology client across North America. You’ll coordinate facility and maintenance works across data centre sites, ensuring contractors, vendors and stakeholders stay aligned and projects stay on track.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in project support, strong organizational and reporting skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project tracking tools. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar project support role.
• Experience in construction, engineering, facilities management, infrastructure or related project environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers or external service providers.
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of facility and maintenance works across multiple data centre sites.
• Coordinating contractors, vendors and suppliers to support project delivery activities.
• Managing access requests and coordinating with campus teams to facilitate site entry requirements.
• Tracking project milestones, actions, risks and issues.
• Supporting project reporting, documentation and stakeholder communications.
• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring key information is captured and communicated.
• Working closely with client, vendor and internal teams to support successful project outcomes.

We're currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support a major global technology client across North America. Working alongside experienced project and program teams, you'll help coordinate facility and maintenance works across multiple co-location data centre sites, ensuring contractors, vendors and stakeholders remain aligned and projects stay on track. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' experience who enjoys working in project environments and is looking to build their career supporting large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure programs. No prior data centre experience is required.

What You'll Be Responsible For
