Zero dB Communications (ZdB) is a leading fiber optic full turnkey contractor headquartered in Spokane, Washington with offices throughout the West Coast specializing in splicing/testing and placing fiber optic cables.
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator (PC) is to oversee project planning from initiation through completion and planning, and organizing and monitoring all department approved projects. The PC will support daily operations for fiber optic construction projects, ensuring crews, materials, locates, permits, and customer requirements are aligned and executed on schedule. This role is the communication hub between field crews, construction managers, vendors, inspectors, and customers. Success in this position requires strong organization, urgency, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a high-volume construction environment. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to managing project task scope and defined timelines, while adhering to budget and quality organizational standards. The PC will be expected to demonstrate skills such as attention to detail, willingness to learn and be able to complete new tasks as needs change, as well as an ability to prioritize workloads.
This position will be reporting to our office in Spokane, WA.
Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour based on experience.
