Omega Foundation Services, Inc is looking for Project Coordinator(s) to join the team!
The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and closeout of heavy civil construction projects by providing administrative, technical, and operational support to Project Managers and field teams. This position is responsible for coordinating project documentation, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor communications, and cost tracking while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Successful candidates demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. They proactively communicate with project stakeholders, anticipate project needs, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and teamwork.
