P2S|CMTA is seeking a Project Coordinator for our San Diego, CA office to support multiple projects with project management, coordination, and contract administration.
Ideal candidates have 2–4+ years of experience, are highly organized, and adept at handling documents, RFIs, submittals, and office operations in an architectural/engineering environment. This role is in-office, with responsibilities spanning project teams and client communications.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: In Office, Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $30.00 – $34.00 per hour (dependent on experience). This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.

The Project Coordinator will primarily support project managers by providing project coordination, construction administration, and contract support across multiple concurrent projects. A smaller portion of the position will also be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day office administration and facilities needs of the San Diego office.
