Job summary

AGEISS Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator to provide program studies and support to the Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) and Civil Engineering Group (CEG) at Joint Base San Antonio – Sam Houston, TX.

The role focuses on coordinating projects, gathering requirements, tracking progress, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate has an associate or bachelor's degree, experience or intent to leverage for the degree, and the ability to pass a federal background check.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
• Additional years of experience may substitute for degree.
• NACI adjudication preferred.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; MS Office (Word & Excel) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support CES/CEG program studies and project coordination.
• Develop and track metrics; manage scheduling and oversight.
• Review and improve Air Force civil engineering support processes.
• Assist leadership with new procedures and rollout.
• Prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Handle other duties as assigned by PM or base client.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator provide program studies and support to the Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) and Civil Engineering Group (CEG) At Joint Base San Antonio – Sam Houston, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support, metrics development and tracking, organizational change management, scheduling, execution, requirements development and oversight
• Review existing Air Force civil engineering support operations processes and procedure
• Identify areas for Air Force civil engineering support continuous process improvement
• Assist leadership with the development and rollout of new procedures/plans
• Prepare monthly and annual reports
• Other duties as assigned by Project Manager and/or base client.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree
• Additional years of experience may be used in exchange for degree
• Individuals already possessing an adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) are preferred.
• Ability to successfully pass a Federal agency background check is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications (Word and Excel) is required.
