Job summary

Gunton Corporation is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from sale through final billing. You will represent our organization at project sites during installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges while delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include using Order Management and Service Software, reviewing plans, preparing architectural submittals, field measuring, procuring materials, coordinating assembly and installation,

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience is required.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings and details is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is desirable.

• Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer.
• Prepare all required submittals for architectural review including shop drawings, product data, and test reports.
• Field measure projects when verification is required and recognize potential site problems to identify solutions with on-site personnel.
• Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness.
• Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up.
• Produce all close out documentation to complete the project.
