Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit project submittals including specifications and contract requirements.
  • Prepare monthly pay applications with supporting documents.
  • Prepare and submit Utility Outage Notifications (UONs).
  • Prepare and submit Hot Work Permits.
  • Prepare and submit weekly Permits to Work (PTWs).
  • Prepare and submit Daily Work Notifications.
  • Process OnBase invoices and review delivery slip tickets.
  • Schedule flagmen for Brightline train access areas and track on-site activities.
  • Prepare and review daily project reports and submit to the owner.
  • Perform general office management duties: routing documents, coordinating meetings and events, greeting visitors.
  • Order supplies, maintain files, and log trucking and materials requested by project management.

Summary/Objective

Essential Functions

  • Prepare monthly pay applications, including required supporting documents.

  • Prepare and submit Daily Work Notifications.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role at a designated project site.

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time exempt position. This position will require occasional long hours and some weekend work.

Travel

The role requires minimal travel, typically between local offices or job sites.

Required Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • AA/BA/BS preferred.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Construction industry experience required.
  • Viewpoint experience a plus.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license before employment.
