Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) is seeking a Project Coordinator who will provide administrative support to the project management team, streamline processes, and ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage documentation, assist in bid activities, coordinate Subcontract/PO distribution, and help maintain compliance and accurate records to keep projects on track and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
  • Maintains high level of confidentiality and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks or inaccuracies.
  • History of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrates leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability and self-discipline.
  • Shows initiative and growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the project management team for seamless operations.
  • Support bid activities and assist in securing new projects.
  • Manage project documentation, correspondence, and logs.
  • Coordinate Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and procurement processes.
  • Handle compliance documentation and ensure industry standards.
  • Lead change management, document distribution and project tracking.
  • Oversee closeout documentation and project completion.
  • Maintain project documentation archives and knowledge base.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in bid activities, contributing to our success in securing new projects, and opportunities.
  • Take charge of project documentation management, correspondence, and logs while ensuring the smooth flow of critical information.
  • Facilitate seamless Subcontract/Purchase Order distribution and tracking as well as optimizing our procurement processes.
  • Demonstrate your meticulous approach in handling compliance documentation and tracking while ensuring our adherence to industry standards.
  • Be at the forefront of change management, document distribution, tracking and ensuring that projects remain on track and adaptable to evolving needs.
  • Make a lasting impact by overseeing closeout documentation and ensuring projects are completed with precision and finesse.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is required.

Working Conditions
