Job summary

BluePrint Supply Chain, a privately owned industrial construction supply chain firm in Memphis, seeks an On-site Project Coordinator to manage loading, trucking, and site delivery with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication.

You will support the Program Manager, act as primary client contact, and ensure service providers meet contractual obligations while driving efficiency and growth on the project. On-site at our Memphis HQ.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication.
• High accuracy and efficiency, detail oriented.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of loading, transporting, storing, and shipping from HQ to project sites.
• Support the Program Manager in account management.
• Serve as main client/stakeholder contact (OEM, Client, 3rd party).
• Proactively communicate resource needs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with suppliers on update rhythms and communications.
• Verify product quantities, dimensions, trucking needs, and dates.
• Ensure service providers meet quality standards per agreements.
• Capture updates/records from providers for offloads.
• Ensure billing for loadouts, trucking, offloads, storage.
• Assist with trucking invoice approvals and program growth.

Responsibilities & Principal Duties:

• Take full ownership of ensuring Customer Critical Products are efficiently loaded, transported, stored, and shipped to their Project Sites
• Assist the Program Manager in the support and management of accounts
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders (OEM, Client, Third Party, BPSC)
• Proactively communicate resource needs with all stakeholders
• Contact suppliers to determine update rhythms/communication
• Verify all products – quantity, dimensions, trucking requirements, dates, etc.
• Ensure Service Providers are upholding quality service outlined in agreements
• Ensure Service Providers (PLR Branches, carries, etc.) update & collect records with offload information
• Ensure proper and timely billing for all loadouts/trucking/offloads/storage
• Ensure proper approvals for all trucking invoices
• Support the Program Manager with maximizing program market share, revenue, and profit
• Support the Program Manager with upselling BPSC services and additional value-adds

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on-site at the BluePrint Supply Chain HQ located at 1840 Pyramid Pl, Memphis, TN 38132.
• 3-5 years of Logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, and contractor accounts
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including technical writing
• High level of efficiency and accuracy
• Solution-oriented
• Excellent attention to details
• Great time management and prioritizing skills
• Pass drug test and background check
