Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to meet on-time, on-budget goals.
• Act as lead coordinator and liaise between customers and technicians.
• Negotiate with technicians to bid installations within budget.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to track progress and issues.
• Update internal systems promptly with pertinent information for future access.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide timely reports on installation progress and status.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for handling a variety of duties and responsibilities involved in the coordination of security installations. The ideal candidate will own the entire process, hold strong customer-service skills, and be able to handle clients as well as technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
• Responsible to coordinate customer installation tasks and resources to ensure installations are completed on-time, on-budget, and to a high-level of client satisfaction.
• Ability to negotiate with various technicians to bid installations at or below budget.
• Responsible for communicating with customers and technicians to track and manage the progress and/or problems for each installation.
• Responsible to update internal systems in a timely fashion to ensure pertinent information is captured for future access.
• Ability to work with Sales, Service and other departments professionally to ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to the installation process.
• Responsible to provide reports in a timely fashion.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, AA or college preferred
• Learn quickly and assert yourself as the lead coordinator
• 5 years of customer service experience, or equivalent experience.
• Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and proficient in MS applications.

Work Requirements:

Position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PCexposure. Must have ability to interact professionally with varyingpersonalities and all levels within the organization.
