You will maintain relationships with clients and vendors, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure delivery processes meet evolving requirements while presenting a professional image in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project work plans to meet changing needs.
• Identify construction issues via site surveys for potential locations.
• Conduct on-site visits and coordinate with construction crew and operations personnel.
• Convey and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop, maintain and improve business relationships vital to division success.
• Establish and manage relations with independent contractors, vendors and negotiate best rates.
• Evaluate project performance and report issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain client relations, establishing correct interfaces and professional image.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and delivery process improvements.
