ConeCraft LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineering, production, vendors, and customers to keep schedules, documentation, and deliverables on track.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project coordination or related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, records, contracts, submittals, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Track project budgets, purchase orders, change orders, and project expenses.
  • Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Support material procurement and delivery scheduling activities.
  • Assist in managing project risks, issues, and action items.
  • Ensure project files are accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards.
  • Monitor workload and resource allocation to support project goals.
  • Help facilitate project closeout activities, including final documentation and customer deliverables.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process efficiencies.

Job description

The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, precast concrete, construction, or industrial operations.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of purchase orders, scheduling, and document control processes.
  • Understanding of basic budgeting and contract administration.
