BMS CAT in Fayetteville, NC, seeks a Project Coordinator to estimate fire, water, flood, and mold losses for residential and commercial properties. You will partner with insurers, adjusters, TPAs, and managers to ensure accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and profitable execution.

Responsibilities include site inspections, preparing estimates, coordinating with production, and developing referral relationships to grow revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on estimating experience (residential and commercial losses).
• Ability to respond to emergency situations including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with mitigation processes and insurance expectations.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and generate repeat referral business.
• Comfort supporting marketing efforts (presentations, networking, customer meetings).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

You will partner closely with insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, property managers, and commercial stakeholders to ensure scopes are accurate, pricing is competitive, and jobs are positioned for profitable execution.This role blends technical estimating with referral-driven sales and marketing.
