Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic leadership for high‑value infrastructure projects in North America. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage complex portfolios, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

This role demands strong communication, mentorship of project managers, and a data‑driven approach. Travel up to 40% is required; PMP certification is preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for complex, high-value projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and performance goals.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution across multiple concurrent projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define priorities, manage project portfolios, and support long-range business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and teams, driving accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
  • Foster effective communication across internal departments, clients, and external partners to manage expectations and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify and mitigate risks, and deliver clear executive-level reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Drive process improvement and change initiatives, standardizing tools, methodologies, and best practices that elevate project management performance.

About The Role

The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for high-impact projects and programs. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages complex project portfolios, and ensures successful delivery aligned with organizational goals. Serving as both a mentor to project managers and a strategic partner to leadership, the Sr. PM drives innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the project management function.

US pay range for this role.

$50,000—$73,000 USD
