We have a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator’s primary role is to coordinate projects from receipt of purchase order to successful delivery to the customer. The Project Coordinator will be the liaison between Echo and the customer and will be responsible for all internal project coordination and external communication with the customer.

The Project Coordinator will ensure that all departments have the proper information needed to fulfill their portion of the project, so that schedules are maintained.

Main Responsibilities Of Project Coordinator

• Initiates kickoff meeting with inside team, communicates the scope of the project and outlines project timelines.
• Will meet with customer as needed and make sure that expectations are clearly defined.
• Will provide project status reports to customers.
• Keeps salesman and manager aware of job status and escalates critical issues, so they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Works with reps and manufacturers to ensure that deliveries are maintained.
• Manages change orders and communicates all project changes to team.
• Maintains project file and ensures that all key information is maintained and assessable if needed.
• Confirms that all invoicing and receiving issues are reconciled prior to project close out.
