Job summary

The Suddath Companies in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking an organized service coordinator to support sales, operations and customers in planning and delivering workplace services.

You will receive, review, enter, and confirm project requests; coordinate insurance certificates; plan walkthroughs and calls; document scope and pricing; generate proposals; and ensure timely communication across teams to meet client expectations and project milestones.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of progressive customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate national services and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, enter and confirm project and service requests.
  • Follow administrative process for customer setup and credit approvals.
  • Establish certificates of insurance and coordinate walkthroughs.
  • Coordinate planning calls to develop scope and client expectations.
  • Document final scope, timelines and pricing; generate proposals.
  • Establish signed service orders and obtain client PO approvals.
  • Coordinate with sales, project management, operations and customers to plan and implement services.
  • Track timelines and document progress relative to milestones; manage scope changes.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Math Ability:Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.Reasoning Ability:Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
