Responsibilities

• Support solar warranty site projects.
• Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability.
• Complete safety checks and procedures.
• Assist in running/leading meetings with Subcontractors.
• Complete daily reports in Excel.
• Develop project plans including timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a warranty project at an industrial solar site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial project coordination. This role requires onsite leadership, safety compliance, and effective communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently and safely.

This position does offer per-diem.

Requirements:

• 2-10 years project specialist or coordination or management experience
• Electrical /solar/storage/fuel experience/industrial industry experience
• OSHA knowledge
• Ability to communicate well
• Ability to understand electrical/structural/mechanical drawings

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting solar warranty site projects
• Engage with outside vendors to determine material availability, execution schedule, and other items to keep projects on schedule and budget
• Complete Safety checks and procedures
• Assist in running/leading meetings with Subcontractors
• Complete daily reports for scheduling in Excel
• Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinating with contractors to ensure the seamless integration of construction and restoration
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards
• Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and records
• Managing and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
• Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track
• Performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations
