Mason Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of low-voltage technology and electrical integration projects. You will work with Project Managers, field technicians, warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate daily activities from award through completion.
The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction or related fields and will focus on scheduling, material coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication to ensure on-time project

Mason Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our low-voltage technology and electrical integration projects. This position works closely with Project Managers, field technicians, warehouse teams, vendors, and customers to coordinate the day-to-day activities required to keep construction projects moving from award through completion.
The ideal candidate has experience in commercial construction, electrical contracting, low-voltage systems, or a related field and is comfortable coordinating between office operations and field installation teams. This role is focused on supporting the successful delivery of projects through effective scheduling, material coordination, documentation, project tracking, and communication. Our projects involve the installation and integration of systems such as structured cabling, audiovisual systems, security, access control, fiber optics, and other low-voltage technology infrastructure.
Full-Time, In-Person
We are currently only considering candidates who already live within commuting distance of our office. This role is not open to relocation and relocation assistance is not provided.
