  • Prepare materials schedules, lighting schedules, and related documentation in coordination with the project team and consultants.
  • Draft and document construction details under the direction of leadership while building a stronger understanding of construction methods and detailing practices.
  • Use company preferred software with increasing independence, accuracy, and efficiency.

  • Build confidence in translating design direction into coordinated project documents.
  • Strengthen judgment around next steps, documentation quality, and project priorities.
  • Continue developing the communication skills needed to interface professionally with clients, consultants, and project partners.
Team Contribution and Mentorship
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for Landscape Associates by reviewing basic tasks, answering questions, and modeling strong work habits.
  • Train and support entry level team members on foundational production tasks, documentation standards, and project expectations.

  • Ability to prepare clear, accurate, and well-organized drawings, schedules, notes, and technical documents, while coordinating with teammates, leadership, consultants, vendors, and project partners.
  • Strong work ethic, accountability, follow-through, and the ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally
