Job summary

KW Landscape Architects in Austin is seeking a Project Coordinator to support landscape architecture projects from early design through construction documentation. You will help prepare drawings, coordinate with consultants, and contribute to design solutions while growing into a trusted project team member.

This role requires a bachelor's in Landscape Architecture and 2+ years of related experience, plus proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program; minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Strong conceptual thinking, spatial reasoning, and ability to prepare clear drawings and notes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Photoshop or similar design software.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Willingness to learn KW standards and contribute to project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate landscape architectural drawings including planting plans, hardscape plans, and grading plans.
• Develop planting designs using KW’s palette and document selections for quality and constructability.
• Prepare materials and lighting schedules and related documentation with project team and consultants.
• Draft and document construction details under leadership guidance.
• Use KW standards and project direction to produce clear, accurate documentation.
