Washoe County School District is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout of capital improvement projects. The role provides coordination and support across design, construction, and program planning with emphasis on collaboration and data-driven planning.

Competenze

• Associate's degree or coursework in design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: No experience required. Two (2) years of related experience in building design, construction, architecture, or another related industrial setting is preferred.
• Licenses/Certificates: Nevada driver license with driving record acceptable to the District.

• Assists in developing project execution plans and estimates for all assigned projects.
• Assists in the review of project designs for completeness, constructability, quality and consistency with the District's standards and objectives.
• Assists in the coordination of assigned projects with District departments, site personnel, and other internal stakeholders.
• Assists in monitoring performance across programs and projects to ensure efficiency and achievement of organizational objectives.
