Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler in Dallas, TX to develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for utility transmission, substations, and renewable projects. You will drive critical path analysis, forecast schedule impacts, and partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure on-time project execution.

The role requires advanced Primavera P6 skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of scheduling experience in EPC, utility, transmission & distribution, substations, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Utility T-Line and substation scheduling experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced Primavera P6 expertise, including developing and managing cost- and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Experience with Linear Scheduling, large-scale sitework, and long-lead equipment planning is a plus.
  • Familiarity with TILOS, Deltek Acumen Fuse/Risk, or similar schedule analysis tools preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with Engineering, Permitting, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning teams to develop and maintain integrated schedules.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced EPC environment.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Build and maintain resource- and cost-loaded schedules aligned with baselines and execution strategies.
  • Integrate inputs from engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
  • Perform critical path analysis, what-if scenarios, and productivity tracking.
  • Identify schedule risks, evaluate sequencing, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Produce earned value metrics, KPIs, and cash flow reports for project controls and executives.
  • Support look-ahead planning, short-interval schedules, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain compliant schedule documentation per contract and company standards.

About this Role

Senior Scheduler

Location: Dallas, TXTravel Requirement: Up to 30% (domestic)

QISG is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Scheduler to support utility Transmission & Distribution (T-Line) and Substation EPC projects. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining resource- and cost-loaded P6 schedules, performing critical path analysis, forecasting schedule impacts, and partnering closely with project teams to drive successful project execution from planning through completion.
