Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Four years of project control experience on large projects; equivalent combination allowed.

Responsibilities

• Administer project control functions and develop WBS with account coding.
• Monitor budgets, prepare baselines, and support approvals for baselining.
• Manage contracts: setup, progress payments, and compliance checks.
• Perform change control, track costs, and forecast cost to complete.
• Use EVMS to analyze performance and present findings to management.
