Job summary

HX5, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join the team with NASA at Johnson Space Center (JSC). This full-time role supports project goals through organizational and scheduling assistance, strategic communication, and collaboration with NASA civil servants and contractor staff.

The position emphasizes MS SharePoint and MS Office proficiency, strong organization, and teamwork. A 9/80 work schedule is offered with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MS SharePoint site creation and curation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to organize, coordinate and host meetings of varying sizes.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment consisting of NASA civil servants and various contractor employees.

HX5 is currently seeking a Project Controls Specialist to join the team with NASA at Johnson Space Center (JSC).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of business systems to assist project goals.


• Assist project managers in organizational & scheduling duties with internal and external partners.


• Assist project managers with strategic communication.


• Assist team members with system access requirements and requests.


• Perform other duties as required.

Education And Experience

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• This is a full-time position and offers a 9/80 work schedule (every other Friday off).
