Overview
Position: Project Controls Specialist 4.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex project schedules and budgets
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis and forecasting
- Lead value engineering studies and risk assessments
- Oversee project control activities to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Mentor and guide junior project controls staff
- Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to align project goals
- Facilitate communication across project teams
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and budget management
- Monitor project expenditures and implement corrective actions as needed
- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
- Contribute to the development of project control policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate project meetings
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Analyze potential risks and their impact on project timelines and budgets
- Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations for project improvements
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Utilize project management software and tools for scheduling and reporting
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in project controls
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project controls team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- Eleven or more (11+) years of related full-time paid experience.
Compensation
Starting Salary range for this job is $209,000.00 - $239,200.00. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
