Construction Finance Project Controls (Ohio & New Mexico)

How will you contribute to the team?

• Build rapport with the project team to manage and advise on commercial project impacts.
• Prepare and issue monthly and quarterly cash flow forecasts.
• Manage and control capital project budgets and spends at the WBS level.
• Validate and approve purchase requisitions and change orders.
• Review invoices and ensure proper coding and forwarding to accounts payable.
• Oversee and report on contractor buyout of subcontract bid packages.
• Lead regular cost meetings with contractors and engineering teams.
• Manage change order validation and tracking.
• Conduct monthly spend-to-forecast variance analysis.
• Perform risk and opportunity analysis.
• Generate ad hoc reports and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and policies.
• Track and report trends and forecasts.
• Manage indirect reports.

What will you contribute?

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, quantity surveying, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong cost management, scheduling, and project planning skills.
• Experience with construction projects, especially in industrial, energy, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Knowledge of developing budgets, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Experience managing cost sheets.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, commercial, industrial, or refinery projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, and cost management tools.
• Proficiency with IT tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel skills preferred.

The salary range is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
