Position Overview

The Division of Project Controls is seeking a Project Controls Specialist. Reporting to the Associate Commissioner, the candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the Agency’s project management performance. Responsibilities include researching emerging construction management technologies, monitoring performance indicators, leading data-driven process improvements, coordinating responses to high-profile requests, and preparing presentations and reports.

Minimum Qualifications

1. A baccalaureate degree in a relevant field with four years of full-time experience, or
2. An associate degree with six years of experience, or
3. A baccalaureate degree with eight years of experience, or
4. Equivalent education and/or experience.

Preferred Skills

Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach, knowledge of emerging technology, advanced analytics, excellent communication, experience with process improvement, and working with senior management are a plus.
