ARES Corporation Flight Operations Project Control Specialist

ARES Corporation is seeking a motivated individual to join our Flight Operations Project Control Team supporting the Johnson Space Center. The Project Control Specialist manages financial and administrative aspects of assigned contracts and deliverables, including tracking and validating client financial information, maintaining contract files, preparing status reports, and supporting project financial operations.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Support financial database functions and working groups.
2. Assist in testing, upgrading, and maintaining the project information system.
3. Organize and process configuration control of financial and resource data.
4. Prepare regular reports on cost and labor elements for management reviews and planning, including QBR, PMR, TCSR, and FY Operating Plan.
5. Retrieve data, perform searches, and generate management reports.
6. Document processes, roles, and responsibilities for baseline change management, including systems like Athena and SPICE.
7. Maintain training documentation.
8. Provide help desk support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with government development and operational programs.
• Familiarity with the International Space Station Program.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
