Job summary

Consertus seeks a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects across phases. You will help ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and collaboration in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and extensive coordination experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; 10+ years of project coordination experience.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Project or Procore; able to manage complex schedules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus; EIT beneficial.

• Assist in development and management of project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support procurement activities, including reviewing bids and tracking materials.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, change orders, and communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and delays.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, environmental regulations, and company policies.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is a plus.
• EIT Certification is good to have
