The role targets professionals with experience in project controls, estimating, or construction planning who can develop accurate budgets and schedules and communicate findings to stakeholders across teams. This contract position offers exposure to large-scale initiatives and impact on project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, or capital project planning.
• Knowledge of cost management, project scheduling, and performance tracking methodologies.
• Ability to analyze project data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project estimates, budgets, and detailed schedules for capital projects.
• Create and maintain cost and schedule baselines throughout project planning phases.
• Track project scope, cost, and schedule performance to support informed decision-making.
• Align engineering progress with contractor and vendor deliverables.
• Support project forecasting, risk reduction, and variance tracking activities.
• Coordinate planning transitions for larger projects moving into execution.
• Assist with project controls activities on smaller projects through implementation.
