PerkinElmer’s Project Farma unit seeks a Project Controls & Scheduling Lead Engineer to drive detailed schedules, cost tracking, and performance dashboards for biomanufacturing projects in the US.
You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and site teams, travel domestically, and be on-site full-time as projects require. A Bachelor's in Life Science/Engineering and 4–7+ years of project controls experience are expected.
Project Controls & Scheduling Lead Engineer – Project Farma
Customer Site – NC, Raleigh, NC
This is a full‑time salaried position with Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company. The successful candidate will reside in one of Project Farma’s primary markets and be willing to travel domestically to meet client project requests.
As an EngineerIII / Lead Engineer – Project Controls, you will work collaboratively with clients, vendors, contractors, and other Project Farma team members to support projects related to biomanufacturing across the entire engineering lifecycle. You will apply your technical skills to meet project team and client needs for developing and maintaining project schedules and monitoring project performance. This work includes interfacing directly with project management, client management, and site personnel for the development of detailed integrated schedules. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality work, forming and maintaining valuable, long‑term relationships with our clients, and continually strengthening your technical and industry knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact and multitask with project team members, clients, and vendors of varying position levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
Willing to be on‑site full‑time as client projects require. Willingness to travel as required to support project and business needs.
