The role focuses on delivering Primavera P6 schedules for high-impact infrastructure programs in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with clients and project teams to drive schedule performance, governance, and risk analysis, developing baselines and reports to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field required.
• 7+ years of professional experience in Construction Management and Scheduling.
• Hands-on expertise using Primavera P6 for baseline development and update reviews.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze complex project schedules using Primavera P6 across all phases of engineering and construction.
• Conduct baseline and schedule update reviews to ensure alignment with program governance and project goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc schedule performance reports for project leadership and stakeholders.
• Perform schedule and cost variance analysis utilizing critical path methodologies and schedule risk analysis techniques.
• Maintain resource structures, engineering coding frameworks, and monitor continuous project status updates.
• Document project controls execution plans, procedural guidelines, and scheduling standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Controls Professional - Scheduler plays a vital role within the Engineering Operations Division, delivering specialized scheduling, governance, and performance reporting across capital and engineering programs. Serving as a technical guide in project controls, you will develop and maintain critical Primavera P6 schedules to ensure alignment with organizational benchmarks and capital execution strategies.

In this environment, you will actively conduct schedule reviews, evaluate variance risks, and optimize project baselines for major infrastructure endeavors.
