Job summary

Central Environmental, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Project Controls Specialist for our Anchorage, AK operations. You will manage payroll, timekeeping, labor compliance and project controls across multiple systems including HeavyJob and Costpoint.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience with project controls, ERP workflows, and data reconciliation. Strong MS 365 and advanced Excel skills are essential for accurate reporting and

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of project controls, payroll, timekeeping or related work.
• Strong MS 365, advanced Excel, data reconciliation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll, timekeeping, labor compliance and project controls processes.
• Validate data across HeavyJob, Costpoint, payroll platforms and ERP systems.
• Coordinate across Operations, Payroll, HR and Project Accounting teams.
• Monitor monthly close activities and project reporting milestones.
• Identify control gaps and drive process improvements.
• Provide system mappings, validation checks and documentation.
