As Project Controls Specialist, you will support project managers by developing and maintaining budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate activities to drive efficient execution. MES emphasizes self-perform capabilities, safety, and accountability across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and business operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with project management and cost control systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; ability to interpret data to drive process improvements.
• Collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently under deadlines.
• Occasional travel to project sites.
