Summary
The Project Controls Manager I drives successful project delivery, supporting solar, energy storage, wind, transmission, and distribution. This position collaborates closely with the Construction Project Management team to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include cost control, reporting, forecasting, financial analysis, performance measurement, earned value analysis, contract management, subcontract compliance, invoice management, change management, and risk analysis.
This role will be hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Salary and Benefits
Base salary range: $98,000 - $122,000, bonus eligible. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, life insurance, disability, 401(k), PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and more.
