Requirements:

• Be a functional leader within the Construction Sector PMO, reporting to the PMO Director.
• Develop and maintain project controls processes and procedures.
• Manage project schedulers to ensure accurate, weekly-updated schedules of high quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, including cost- and resource-loaded schedules, critical path, and milestones.
• Manage project cost and schedule via Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Experience with Change Management, including schedule updates for changes affecting tasks and project end dates.
• Collaborate during estimating to coordinate engineering and construction activities with schedule requirements.
• Develop initial schedules during RFP phase to ensure feasibility.
• Conduct weekly reviews with schedulers to monitor schedule adherence and develop mitigation strategies for delays.
• Identify and incorporate project risks into schedules based on contractual documents.
• Guide and support project managers on project controls best practices.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project controls experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• BS, MS, or equivalent experience, with evidence of exceptional ability.
• Proficiency in Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project for schedule development.
• Experience generating resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
• Expertise in cost and resource loading.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
