Position Details:Position Type: Direct Hire
Job Location: Philadelphia, PA, Relocation Assistance Negotiable

Compensation: $145k - $228k annually based upon qualifications
Roles & Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Primavera P6 project schedules.
- Prepare and manage the Total Installed Cost (TIC) Report.
- Lead a team of four, overseeing project cost controls and scheduling.
- Conduct cost review meetings with clients to assess the project's financial status.
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to determine Estimate at Completion (EAC), evaluate Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and identify potential risks and their financial impacts.
- Perform key cost engineering functions, including estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, variance analysis, and earned value tracking.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and superintendents to assess Work in Progress (WIP) and forecast project completion.
- Apply Accounting Standard Codification (ASC) 606 principles to project margin reporting.
- Understand engineering and construction techniques and their cost implications.
- Implement and analyze earned value metrics to track progress in engineering and field construction projects.
- Monitor subcontractor and vendor commitments, expenditures, and forecasts through project completion
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 20+ years of experience in Cost Engineering / Project Controls within EPCMV Bio/Pharma projects, including Earned Value Management, Change Management, and Risk Management.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong emotional intelligence, a team-player mentality, and the ability to be coachable and analytical.
- Proficiency in EcoSys, Oracle Unifier, and experience managing the EPCMV project lifecycle (home office & field construction).
- Expertise in building and maintaining Primavera P6 schedules.
- Experience in preparing and managing Total Installed Cost (TIC) Reports, including tracking subcontractor and vendor commitments, expenditures, and final forecasts.
