Position Details:

• Position Type: Direct Hire
• Job Location: Conshohocken, PA, relocation assistance is negotiable

• Compensation: $135k - $208k annually depending upon qualifications

Overview/Responsibilities:

• Facilitates multi-company interactive planning sessions / pull planning sessions
• Creates, updates, and analyzes CPM schedules; recommends work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas
• Communicates schedule status regularly via meetings and reports
• Interacts with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues impacting the schedule
• Collaborates with PM and CMs using the schedule to help deliver the project on time
• Coordinates the project's earned value system with schedule updates
• Applies knowledge of industry principles, theories, concepts, and standards to perform work

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience on EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry
• Ability to lead conversations with clients, PMs, stakeholders, etc.
• Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse
• BIM 4D knowledge preferred
• Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations graphically, written, and verbally
• Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) is a plus
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Proficiency in Excel and Access
• Knowledge of Cost Tracking/Forecasting is a plus
• Familiarity with DCMA 14 Point Assessment
• Understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices
